WEINBERG. <br />NOES: NONE. <br />CLERK RESIDENT <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 4ND REENACTING SECTION 12 <br />OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE OF <br />1945 ENTITLED "CHARGES FOR GRAVE SPACE AND DIGGING <br />GRAVES". <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE THAT SECTION 12 OF <br />CHAPTER 20 OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE OF 1945, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, BE AND <br />THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED AND REENACTED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 12. CHARGES FOR GRAVE SPACE AND DIGGING GRAVES. <br />THE FOLLOWING CHARGES SHALL BE MADE FOR GRAVE SPACES IN OAKWOOD CEMETERY: <br />IN DIVISIONS H, J, K & L $35.00 FOR EACH SPACE. IN DIVISION G $25.00 FOR EACH SPACE. <br />ALL SUMS SO PAID SHALL BE DEPOSITED IN THE FUND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 9. <br />DIVISION G AND SECTIONS 7 THRU 11, 18THRU 22, 29 THRU 34, 41 THRU 46, 53 THRU 58, <br />AND 65 THRU 71 OF DIVISION L SHALL BE SET ASIDE FOR THE INTERMENT OF COLORED PERSONS. <br />THE FOLLOWING CHARGES SHALL BE MADE FOR DIGGING GRAVES: <br />1. <br />WHERE <br />THE OUTSIDE CASE IS <br />3 FEET <br />OR LESS IN LENGTH . . . <br />. . . .$ 7.50 <br />2. <br />WHERE <br />THE OUTSIDE CASE IS <br />OVER 3 <br />FEET, BUT DOES NOT <br />EXCEED <br />FOUR AND ONE-HALF <br />FEET IN <br />LENGTH . . . . . . . <br />. . .$12.50 • <br />3.
