THE LINEAR <br /> <br /> DIMENSIONS SHALL BE EXPRESSED IN FEET AND HUNDREDTHS OF A FOOT, AND ALL ANGULAR MEASUREMENTS <br /> <br /> SHALL BE EXPRESSED BY BEARINGS OR ANGLES. ALL CURVES SHALL BE DEFINED BY THEIR RADIUS, CENTRAL <br /> <br />ANGLE, TANGENT DISTANCES, TANGENT BEARING AND ARC LENGTHS.
