STANDARDS OF DESIGN. <br />(F) .. . <br />(4) RESIDENTIAL LOTS SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM LOT AREA NOT LESS THAN THE REQUIREMENT OF ZONING <br />REGULATIONS APPLYING TO THE AREA BEING SUBDIVIDED, PROVIDED THAT THE MINIMUM REOU1REMENTS OF SECTION <br />3 (F) (5) AS AMENDED MUST BE COMPLIED WITH. <br />ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL <br />APRIL 16, 1962 <br />AYES: MR.
