I <br />108 <br />ALL <br />WORK IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH INSTALLATION WITHIN THE STREET RIGHT <br />OF WAY SHALL BE AT <br />THE EXPENSE OF <br />THE <br />CITY. LIGHTS INSTALLED IN THE STREET RIGHT OF WAY SHALL BELONG TO <br />THE CITY AND SHALL <br />BE MAINTAINED <br />• <br />BY <br />THE CITY. LIGHTS INSTALLED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY SHALL BELONG TO THE <br />PROPERTY OWNER BUT <br />SHALL BE <br />SERVICES BY THE CITY. EXCEPT FOR GAS MANTLES, ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR LIGHTS INSTALLED ON PRIVATE <br />PROPERTY SHALL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER WHO SHALL BE BILLED FOR SUCH PARTS, IF PROVIDED BY THE <br />CITY. <br />1. CITY UTILITY LINES - EXCEPTIONS. <br />NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 22.1-136 ABOVE, A CHURCH TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON LOT A OF <br />THE HARDY C. DILLARD PROPERTY ON RUGBY AVENUE AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF B. AUBREY HUFFMAN, DATED AUGUST 6, <br />1964, RECORDED IN CITY DEED BOOK 259, PAGE 69 MAY BE LOCATED LESS THAN 10 FEET FROM THE EXISTING <br />CITY UTILITY LINES WHICH ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE EASEMENT SHOWN ON SAID PLAT.
