VOGT. <br />NOES: NONE. <br />CLERK <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 20-10 <br />ENTITLED "DESIGNS AND PLANS; APPEAL" OF CHAPTER 20 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1965. <br />PRESIDENT <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE THAT SECTION 20-10 ENTITLED "DESIGNS <br />AND PLANS; APPEAL" OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1965, BE AMENDED AND RE- <br />ENACTED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 20-10. DESIGNS AND PLANS; APPEAL. <br />DESIGNS AND PLANS FOR ANY AREA REQUIRED BY THIS CHAPTER TO BE USED FOR VEHICLE OFF-STREET PARKING <br />SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR APPROVAL. <br />PLANS FOR SUCH AREAS SHALL SHOW IN DETAIL THE LOCATIONS, GRADES, DRAINAGE AND SURFACING MATERIALS <br />AND OTHER FEATURES, CONDITIONS OR REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CHAPTER. <br />AN APPEAL MAY BE TAKEN TO THE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS BY ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED OR BY ANY <br />OFFICER, DEPARTMENT, BOARD OR BUREAU OF THE CITY AFFECTED BY ANY DECISION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS CHAPTER. INTERIOR, ENTRANCE AND EXIT DRIVEWAYS. <br />INTERIOR DRIVEWAYS AND ENTRANCES AND EXIT DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE BUILT TO THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM <br />SPECIFICATIONS: <br />1. AISLES WITH TWO-WAY TRAFFIC MOVEMENT SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN TWENTY-TWO (22) FEET IN WIDTH. <br />2. AISLES WITH ONE-WAY TRAFFIC MOVEMENT: <br />A. WHERE SUCH AISLES SERVE NINETY DEGREE PARKING THEY SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN <br />TWENTY-TWO FEET IN WIDTH. <br />B. WHERE SUCH AISLES SERVE FORTY-FIVE DEGREE OR SIXTY DEGREE PARKING THEY SHALL <br />BE NOT LESS THAN TWENTY FEET IN WIDTH. <br />ENTRANCE AND EXIT DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE SEPARATELY PROVIDED WHENEVER PRACTICAL AND SHALL NOT BE <br />LESS THAN TWENTY FEET IN WIDTH. <br />s <br />ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL <br />MARCH 61 1967 <br />AYES: MR.
