(A) EACH DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH ELECTRICITY WITHIN SUCH DWELLING: <br />1. EVERY HABITABLE ROOM SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST TWO SEPARATE FLOOR OR WALL -TYPE ELECTRIC <br />CONVENIENCE OUTLETS, OR ONE SUCH CONVENIENCE OUTLET AND ONE SUPPLIED CEILING -TYPE ELECTRIC LIGHT . <br />FIXTURE; <br />2. MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION. <br />SECTION 15.1-21. MINIMUM WINDOW AREA. <br />NO OWNER SHALL OCCUPY OR LET TO ANOTHER FOR OCCUPANCY ANY DWELLING UNIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF LIVING, <br />SLEEPING, COOKING OR EATING THEREIN WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: <br />EVERY HABITABLE ROOM, BATHROOM AND WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENT SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE WINDOW OR <br />SKYLIGHT FACING DIRECTLY TO OUTDOOR OPEN SPACE HAVING A TOTAL AREA EQUAL TO AT LEAST TEN PER CENT OF <br />THE FLOOR AREA OF SUCH ROOM; OR SUCH OTHER DEVICE AS WILL ADEQUATELY VENTILATE THE ROOM WHICH SHALL <br />BE IN WORKING CONDITION AT ALL TIMES. ALL WINDOWS AND SKYLIGHTS SHALL BE ENCLOSED WITH GLASS, SHALL <br />BE PROVIDED WITH SUITABLE HARDWARE WITH CONSTRUCTION SO AS TO BE ABLE TO BE OPENED TO THE EXTENT OF <br />FIVE PERCENT OF THE FLOOR AREA.
