• <br />§ 16A-86 LICENSES § 16A-89 <br />Sec. 16A-86. Photographers. <br />Every person engaged in the business as a photographer <br />shall pay a license tax of twenty-five dollars, and where the <br />gross receipts exceed two thousand dollars the tax shall be <br />thirty cents on each one hundred dollars in addition thereto. <br />All persons canvassing this city for copying pictures of any <br />description shall pay a license tax of one hundred fifty dollars. <br />Any itinerant daguerrean or photographic artist, or any per- <br />is <br />son taking orders in this city on the ticket or other plan for <br />photographs to be delivered or furnished by photographers <br />shall pay a license tax of one hundred dollars, provided, that <br />the license shall not be required of persons taking orders for <br />photographs licensed by this city and having a fixed place of <br />business in this city. (4-7-69, § 63.) <br />Sec. 16A-87. Plumbers. <br />Every person engaged in operating as a plumber shall pay a <br />license tax of twenty-five dollars, and where the gross receipts <br />exceed two thousand dollars the tax shall be fifteen cents on <br />each one hundred dollars in addition thereto. All gross receipts <br />for plumbing contracting shall be reported and taxed under <br />0 this section, and a separate contractor's license shall not be <br />required. (4-7-69, § 64.) <br />Sec. 16A-88. Potato chip manufacturers. <br />Every person engaged in the manufacture of potato chips <br />shall pay a license tax of twenty-five dollars and where the <br />gross receipts exceed two thousand dollars the tax shall be <br />twenty-five cents on each one hundred dollars in addition <br />thereto, unless such person is exempt from such tax pursuant <br />to state law. (4-7-69, § 65.) <br />Sec. 16A-89. Printers. <br />• On every person engaged in the business of operating a <br />printing establishment, including mimeographing, multigraph- <br />ing and blue printing, the tax shall be twenty-five dollars and <br />where the gross receipts exceed two thousand dollars the tax <br />shall be twenty-two cents on each one hundred dollars in ad- <br />dition thereto.
