FAMILY ATTACHED DWELLINGS AND TOWN HOUSES SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 65 FEET MEASURED AT <br />THE BUILDING LINE; EXCEPT THAT CORNER LOTS.SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 75 FEET. SUCH <br />RESIDENTIAL LOTS SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 125 FEET. <br />A LOT ON WHICH WILL BE CONSTRUCTED A SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED DWELLING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 2 <br />(15) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE (APPENDIX II OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE), SHALL HAVE <br />A MINIMUM AREA OF 3600 SQUARE FEET, A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 322 FEET MEASURED AT THE BUILDING LINE, <br />AND A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 125 FEET EXCEPT THAT CORNER LOTS FOR SUCH SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED DWELLINGS <br />SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 422 FEET. SUCH LOT FOR SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED DWELLINGS MUST BE <br />SERVED BY SANITARY SEWERS AND A PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY.
