L <br />(1) NO DRIVEWAYS SHALL EXCEED FIFTY FEEL IN WIDTH AT THE <br />PROPERTY LINE, NOR SIXTY FEET AT THE CURB LINE. <br />(2) NO DRIVEWAY ENTERING A STREET AT THE CURB LINE SHALL <br />BE LOCATED WITHIN FIFTEEN FEET OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF <br />AN INTERSECTING STREET, OR LESS THAN FIVE FEET FROM <br />THE END OF THE CURB RADIUS. <br />(3) NO DRIVEWAY SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN FBUR FIVE FEET, <br />AT THE CURB LINE, FROM THE LINE OF THE ADJACENT <br />PROPERTY. <br />(4) WHERE MORE THAN ONE DRIVEWAY IS PROVIDED ALONG A <br />FRONTAGE IN SINGLE OWNERSHIP, THERE SHALL BE A <br />SEPARATION OF AT LEAST TWENTY FEET AT THE CURB <br />LINE, AND A SIX INCH RAISED PROTECTIVE CURB PARALLEL <br />TO THE STREET EXTENDING NOT LESS THAN TWO-THIRDS <br />THE LENGHT OF THE ISLAND SHALL BE PLACED INSIDE THE <br />PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE DRIVEWAYS. <br />(5) THE PLANNING COMMISSION OR DIRECTOR OF PLANNING MAY <br />ALLOW A JOINT DRIVEWAY FOR ADJACENT PROPERTIES FACING <br />A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, IF IN THEIR OPINION SUCH <br />ARRANGEMENT WILL IMPROVE SAFETY AND CIRCULATION. <br />SECTION 31-164. ACCESS TO STREET OR ALLEY; PARKING NEAR BUILDING <br />ENTRANCES; PARKING WITHIN SETBACKS. <br />OFF-STREET AUTOMOBILES OR VEHICULAR PARKING SPACES REQUIRED BY <br />THIS CHAPTER SHALL HAVE ADEQUATE ACCESS TO A STREET OR ALLEY, AND SUCH ACCESS <br />AND SPACES SHALL NOT THEREAFTER BE REDUCED OR ENCROACHED UPON. NO <br />VEHICLE SHALL BE PARKED WITHIN SIX FEET OF ANY ENTRANCE OR EXIT TO A <br />BUILDING. ANY PARKING, aZQUIRED OR OTHERWISE, WITHIN REQUIRED SETBACKS <br />SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS: <br />(1) PARKING FOR SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED OR DETACHED OR TWO- <br />FAMILY DWELLINGS, OR ATTACHED DWELLINGS UP TO FOUR <br />DWELLINGS, MAY BE LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT, SIDE <br />AND REAR YEAR SETBACKS; <br />(2) PARKING FOR MULTI -FAMILY DWELLINGS AND NON-RESIDENTIAL <br />USES ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS SHALL NOT BE <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT OR SIDE YARD SETBACKS, <br />HOWEVER, SUCH PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN THE REAR YARD; <br />(3) PARKING IN ALL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS SHALL NOT <br />BE WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD SETBACK, HOWEVER, SUCH <br />PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN THE SIDE OR REAR YARD SETBACKS. <br />fiQWEVER DEALERS IN MOTOR VEHICLES MAY DISPLAY SUCH VEHICLES <br />IN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD. <br />
