(3) STORAGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, OTHER THAN ON ACTIVE <br />CONSTRUCTION SITES. <br />0 (4) JUNK YARDS. <br />SECTION 31-200.1. LOCATION OF DRIVEWAYS. <br />DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN FIVE FEET TO ANY <br />LOT LOCATED IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES <br />UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. <br />SECTION 31-200.2. BICYCLE STORAGE FACILITIES. <br />_ADEQUATE BICYCLE STORAGE FACILITESMAY BE REQUIRED FOR <br />SORORITIES. FRATERNITIES. DORMITORIES. MULTI-FAMILY_DWELLIIJG STRUCTURES <br />WITH FIVE OR MORE UNITS. AND ALL NON-RESIDENTIAL USES UTILIZED BY THE <br />PUBLIC. WHERE SUCH FACILITES ARE DEEMED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST <br />BICYCLE STORAGE FACILITES SHALL NOT EXCEED FOLLOWING STANDARDS: <br />(A) RESIDENTIAL GROUP - ONE BICYCLE SPACE PER 500 FEET OF <br />BEDROOM AREA OF FRATERNITIES. SORORITIES. DORMITORIES, <br />ROOMING HOUSES BOARDING HOUSES AND SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS. <br />(B) RESIDENTIAL - MULTI -FAMILY STRUCTURES OR DEVELOPMENTS WITH <br />FIVE OR MORE DWELLING UNITS - ONE BICYCLE SPACE FOR EVERY <br />TWO DWELLING UNITS. <br />(C) NONRESIDENTIAL USES UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC - ONE BICYCLE <br />SPACE FOR EVERY 1.000 SQUARE FEET OF PUBLIC SPACE. <br />SECTION 31-205. AUTOMOBILE PARKING LOT. <br />THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS SHALL BE FOLLOWED IN DEVELOPING SITE <br />PLANS FOR PARKING LOTS AND OFF-STREET PARKING AREAS REQUIRED BY <br />ARTICLE XVII: <br />(C) THE PLANNING COMMISSION SHALL APPROVE ALL ENTRANCES AND <br />EXISTS FOR PARKING LOTS; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT NO ENTRANCE OR EXIT <br />SHALL BE CLOSER THAN FIFTEEN FIVE FEET TO ANY LOT LOCATED IN A <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR USE. THE PLANNING COMMISSION, THROUGH THE <br />PROCESS OF SITE PLAN REVIEW, MAY REQUIRE ENTRANCE AND EXIT SIGNS. <br />SECTION 31-222. FEE. <br />EACH APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT OR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, OR <br />AN AMENDMENT TO A SPECIAL PERMIT, SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FEE OF FIFTY <br />DOLLARS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE OF PROCESSING SUCH APPLICATION. SUCH <br />FEE SHALL BE PAID TO THE BIREETBR-BF-F-INAN6 E CITY TREASURER AT THE TIME <br />OF THE FILING OF THE APPLICATION. <br />SECTION 31-234. VARIANCES. <br />(A) THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MAY GRANT A VARIANCE UPON A <br />WRITTEN APPLICATION WHICH DEMONSTRATES: <br />(1) THAT SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES EXIST WHICH <br />ARE PECULIAR TO THE LAND, STRUCTURE OR BUILDING INVOLVED AND WHICH <br />ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO OTHER LANDS, STRUCTURES, OR BUILDINGS IN <br />THE SAME DISTRICT; <br />
