SHE STATED THAT THIS SERVICE HAD BEEN <br />PROMISED TO HER BY THE FORMER CITY MANAGER AS A RESULT OF HER GARAGE HAVING <br />BEEN DAMAGED BY VIATER FROM THE CITY STREET.
