ANALYSIS BY THE COMMISSION REVEALS THAT ROSE <br />HILL STREET, OF LONG=STANDING DEDICATION, EXTENDS INTO SUBSEQUENT <br />OFFICE OF CORP. CT. <br />REPORT RE: DEVELOPMENTS OF THREE MAJOR PARCELS OF LAND, IN ALL OF WHICH THE <br />NAMING OF STREET STREET NAME WAS ESTABLISHED BY THE DEVELOPERS AS "GENTRY ROAD". <br />HAS SET A RENTAL RATE ON THE FACILITIES IN THE COUNTY <br />"ROSE HILL DRIVE" <br />IN THE OPINION OF THE COMMISSION CONTINUOUS STREETS SHOULD <br />BEAR THE SAME NAME THROUGHOUT THEIR ENTIRE LENGTH. PARTICULARLY 1S <br />CORPORATION COURT AND COURT CLERKV AT $2400.00 PER ANNUM <br />THIS TRUE ON SUBJECT STREET WHERE9 BECAUSE OF WIDTH OF EXISTING <br />RIGHT -OF- WAY 9 IT IS VERY PF.OBABLE THAT THIS WILL BECOME A MAJOR <br />CONNECTION BETWEEN THE CENTRAL INTERIOR OF THE CITY AND A FUTURE <br />PAYING. REPORTS <br />CONCERNING SIGNS. <br />BUSINESS AREAS9 AND HAD FOUND QUITE A NUMBER OF VIOLATORS OF THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING SIGNS IN THESE AREAS. A PETITION WAS <br />• <br />RECEIVED FROM CERTAIN RESIDENTS OF THE BRANDON AVENUE AND JEFFERSON <br />PARK AVENUE VICINITY PROTESTING AN EXISTING NEON SIGN ADVERTISING <br />~ <br />
