HE STATED THAT MEMBERS <br />OF THIS BODY WERE OPPOSED TO <br />THE RELAXATION OF THE LICENSE TAX APPLYING <br />TO CARNIVALS. AFTER CONSIDER- <br />ABLE DISCUSSION AND ON MOTION BY MR.
