THAT THIS PORTION OF ROCKLAND AVENUE BE ACCEPTED INTO THE CITY <br />STREET SYSTEM, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE OWNER PAY ONE-HALF THE <br />COST OF CURB AND GUTTER AND ONE-HALF THE COST OF GRADING THE <br />STREET.
