COUNCIL CHAMBER - MARCH 9, 1951 <br />A SPECIAL UNCALLED MEETING OF THE COUNCIL WAS HELD ON <br />THIS DATE WITH THE FOLLOW NG MEMBERS PRESENT: MR. BARR, MR. HADE N, <br />NIR. HAMMY MR. HILL AND MR. TEBELL. ABSENT: NONE. <br />A MOTION BY MR. HADES:, SECONDED BY MR. HILL, THAT UNANIMOUS <br />CONSENT BE GIVEN TO CONSIrER THE CITY AND SCHOOL BUDGETS FOR THE <br />CITY & SCHOOL BUDGETS FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 19519 WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. <br />PRESENTED AND CONSIDERED <br />THE CITY AND SCHOOL BUDGETS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1951-1952 WERE <br />PRESENTED AND CONSIDERED. A MOTION BY MR. HADEN, SECONDED BY <br />NIR. BARRY THAT A SYNOPSIS OF THESE BUDGETS BE PUBLISHED AS <br />REQUIRED BY SECTION 17 OF THE CITY CHARTER, AND THAT FRIDAY, <br />MARCH 30, 1951 AT 2:00 O'CLOCK P. irl.
