ON MOTION BY MR.. HILL, <br />SECONDED BY MR. GILMORE THAT IN ACCEPTING THE OFFER <br />IT WOULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PROPOSED RAMP ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF PARK <br />STREET WILL NOT BE DESIGNATED AS HAVING t_IMITED ACCESS,AND THAT THEREFORE, <br />THE PROPERTIES OF ..JOHN A. GILMORE WHICH ABUT ON SAID RAMP WOULD HAVE FREE <br />ACCESS TO IT,AND FURTHERMORE THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS OFFER.
