SEC. 31.—All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the foregoing sections of this chapter are hereby repealed. SCCTIOrr 32.-1t is ordered that there shall be a committee of this council known as the Sewer Connections Board to consist of the Chairman of the Health Committee, the Chairman of the Sewer Committee and the Health Officer, who shall have the power, after making the proper examination, to order the owner or owners of any property within the City, to connect closet, urinals, bath and kitchen to said property with the public sewers ; and from its decis- ions there shall be no appeal. Any person failing to comply with the order of the Hoard to connect his property with the sewers,shall be fined $I.00 per day for every day that he shall fail to make said connection after the time specified in the order of the Board; unless he can give a satisfactory reason for the delay.
