RESOLUTION: Approving the Sixth Amended Grant Agreement, Charlottesville Supplemental Rental Assistance Program (CSRAP) Alex Ikefuna, Director of Community Solutions, presented the request for the annual allocation, formalizing what was already agreed upon. <br />On motion by Pinkston, seconded by Payne, Council APPROVED the resolution by a vote of 5-0 0 (Ayes: Payne, Pinkston, Puryear, Snook, Wade; Noes: none). RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE SIXTH AMENDED GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE CHARLOTTESVILLE SUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023 WHEREAS, on June 19, 2017, the City of Charlottesville approved the creation of <br />the city-funded Charlottesville Supplemental Rental Assistance Program (“CSRAP”), and on <br />April 11, 2023, City Council approved an allocation of $900,000 from the Capital Improvement Program funds to be used for the CSRAP program, which CRHA will administer; and <br />WHEREAS the terms and conditions under which the Charlottesville Redevelopment <br />and Housing Authority (“CRHA”) will administer the CSRAP Program are set forth within a written grant agreement effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, which has been reviewed by City Council this same date. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia, THAT: 1.
