Such finding and declaration shall be <br />communicated to all city councilors and to the press as promptly as possible, along with the date <br />and time on which the continued meeting will commence. All public hearings and other agenda <br />matters previously advertised shall be conducted at the continued meeting with no further <br />advertisement.
