15 <br /> <br /> Dr. Symons said that the proposed salary scale just keeps us slightly ahead of our <br />neighboring communities. <br /> <br /> Mr. Toscano said he agrees with Mr. Merdwether, saying if we cannot do this it <br />will be hard to do the next step. Mr. Toscano said that if the Schools can reconfigure the <br />first year maybe Council can step in the second year.
