48 bo ORDINANCE: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTION 34-731 CHAPTER 34, ARTICLE XIX, DIVISION 2 (ACCESS TO STREET OR ALLEY; PARKING NEAR BUILDING ENTRANCES; PARKING WITHIN SETBACKS) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1'990, AS AMENDED" (2~a reading) PUBLIC There were no matters by the public. OTHER BUSINESS On motion by Mr. Toscano, seconded by Ms. Richards, Council voted to meet in closed session for the purpose of discussing appointments to City boards, commissions or agencies, or discussion of matters related to assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, Salaries, disciplining or resignation of specific public officers, appointees or employees, as authorized by Section 2.1-344(A)(1) of the Virginia Code by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Toscano. Noes: None. Council reconvened in open session and, on motion by Mr. Cox, seconded by Mr. Lynch, approved the following certification of closed meeting by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Toscano. Noes: None.
