259 <br /> <br />"Project") located in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia (the "City"), and to pay other <br />costs of the Project; and <br /> <br /> WitEREAS, the Issuer has called a public hearing to be held on February 15, <br />2002, as required by Section 147(f) of the ImemaI Revenue Code of 1986, as amended <br />(the "Code"), and Section 15.2-4906 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, Section 147(0 of the Code (I) requires that the governmental unit <br />having jurisdiction over the area in which any facility f'manced with the proceeds of the <br />Note is located hold a public hearing and (ii) permits the City to appoint any individual to <br />conduct such public hearing; <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT I~ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council hereby appoints the Issuer to conduct, on its behalf, a public <br />hearing on February 15, 2002, on the issuance of the Note. <br /> <br /> 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />.ORDINANCE: REZON1NG 1205 CARLTON AVENUE FROM R-2 TO M-1 <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Ms. Richards, the ordinance entitled "AN <br />ORIDNANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP <br />INCORPORATED IN SECTION 34-15 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESIVLLE, 1990, AS AMENDED, BY THE <br />REZONtNG OF 1205 CARLTON AVENUE" was offered and carried over to the next <br />meeting for consideration.
