Mr. O'Connell said this <br />will pertain to the City's power usage, not residents' usage. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch asked if we pool our resources for gas purchases, but Mr. O'Connell said <br />that there are only two other public gas systems in Virginia. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he would like to see how other states have handled deregulation. <br /> <br /> It was agreed that more information would be provided at the second reading of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />On motion by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Ms. Richards, the ordinance entitled "AN <br /> <br /> <br />
