MS. HEISCHMAN ALSO STATED <br /> <br />TAXES TO THE CITY WOULD BE ESTIMATED AT $36-$37,000 ANNUALLY. <br /> <br />MR. CDNOVER QUESTIONNED THE POSSIBILITY OF CONGESTION CAUSED BY <br />CEHICLES TURNING OFF RT, 29 NORTH TO REACH ANGUS ROAD.
