INDICATING IT IS USEFUL TO COUNCIL AND <br /> <br />CITIZENS. MRS. KING SPOKE IN SUPPORT OF FUNDING SUCH AGENCIES AS <br /> <br />LEGAL AID, JAUNT, CHIP, MACCA, SHE AND THE YOUTH SERVICES CENTER. <br /> <br /> JAMES KING OF 2012 LEW~S MT. ROAD RECOMMENDED COUNCIL MAKE CUTS <br /> <br />IN SUCH AREAS AS TOURISM AND THE GOLF COURSE AS OPPOSED TO CUTTING <br /> <br />FUNDS FOR SUCH ORGANIZATIONS AS MACCA, SHE, REGION TEN, LEGAL AID, <br /> <br />JAUNT, OAR AND THE YOUTH SERVICES CENTER. <br /> <br /> JOHN SIEDLER OF 20L0 HESSIAN ROAD PRIASED THE CITY MANAGER'S <br /> <br />OFFICE FOR ITS WORK ON THE ZERO BASED BUDGET A~D RECOMMENDED ALL <br /> <br />AGENCIES USE THIS FORMULA BECAUSE IT I.S ON THE BNEY METHOD DESIGNED <br /> <br />FOR CITIZEN INPUT. <br /> MAYOR BUCK CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br /> DR. HALL EXPRESSED HIS APPRECIATION TO THE CITIZENS FOR SPEAKING <br /> <br />OUT FOR THE WESTHAVEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPER, HE STATED THAT HE IS CDNCERNED <br /> <br />IN THE AREA OF HUMAN SERVICES, ESPECIALLY DEALING ~ITH YOUNGSTERS <br /> <br />AND YOUNG ADULTS.
