<br />C. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED FROM THE EMERGENCY
<br />SERVICES FUND, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE EMERGENCY SERVICES
<br />PROGRAM DURING SUCH FISCAL YEAR, THE SUM OF $22,872, OR
<br />THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY SUCH FUND,
<br />WHICHEVER SHALL BE THE LESSER AMOUNT.

<br />D. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED FROM THE COMMUNITY
<br />ATTENTION FUND, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY

<br />FUND, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL
<br />SERVICES DURING SUCH FISCAL YEAR, THE SUM OF $2,163,572,
<br />OR THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY SUCH FUND,
<br />WHICHEVER SHALL BE THE LESSER AMOUNT.

<br />G. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED FROM THE DATA PROCESSING
<br />FUND, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DATA PROCESSING
<br />DURING SUCH FISCAL YEAR, THE SUM OF $235,000, OR THE AMOUNT
<br />OF REVENUE ACTUALLY CREDITED TO SUCH FUND FROM OTHER CITY
<br />DEPARTMENTS, WHICHEVER SHALL BE THE GREATER AMOUNT.

<br />H. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED FROM THE WAREHOUSE FUND,
<br />FOR THE OPERATION OF THE WAREHOUSE DURING SUCH FISCAL YEAR

<br />FUND, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CENTRAL GARAGE DURING SUCH
<br />FISCAL YEAR, THE SUM OF $263,543, OR THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE
<br />ACTUALLY CREDITED TO SUCH FUND FROM OTHER CITY DEPARTMENTS,
<br />WHICHEVER SHALL BE THE GREATER AMOUNT.

<br /> EACH SUCH SPECIAL AGENCY FUND APPROPRIATION SHALL BE EFFECTIVE
<br />JULY 1, 1982. THE BALANCE OF ANY GENERAL FUND CONTRIBUTION TO SUCH
<br />FUNDS NOT EXPENDED OR ENCUMBERED AS OF JUNE 30, ~o83 SHALL BE DEEMED
<br />TO REVERT TO THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND, UNLESS
<br />THE COUNCIL BY RESOLUTION PROVIDES THAT ANY SUCH SUM SHALL BE DEEMED
