<br /> On motion by Dr. Gunter, seconded by Dr. Hall, the following
<br />appropriation was offered and carried over to the next meeting for

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />Virginia, that the following actions are hereby'-ikken with regard
<br />to the Capital Projects Fund:

<br />A. GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER
<br />
<br /> The sum of $504,850.00, being a portion of the revenue to
<br />be received by the General Fund in the current fiscal year pursuant
<br />to the revenue sharing agreement with the County of Albemarle, is
<br />appropriated to expenditure account 01-91140 and transferred to the
<br />unappropriated balance of the Capital Projects Fund.
<br />
<br />B. REDUCTIONS IN CURRENT CAPITAL PROJECTS APPROPRIATIONS

<br />balance of the Capital Projects Fund to expenditure account 05-00980,
<br />City Property Improvements, FY 81, to fund repairs to the roof of the
<br />City Hall Annex ("Michie Building").

<br /> Capital Project Fund appropriations shall be deemed continuing
<br />appropriations, to be carried over from one fiscal year to the next
<br />until the project is completed and the account reduced or terminated by
<br />further action of City Council.

<br />Conover, Dr. Gunter, Dr. Hall. Noes: None. Absent: Mrs. Gleason

<br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia
<br />(the "Council"), has created the Industrial Development Authority
<br />pursuant to the Virginia Industrial Development and Revenue Bond
<br />Act to fulfill the purposes of such Act; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Ordinance adopted by the Council of July 19, 1976,
<br />as amended on February 3, 1980, which created the Authority (the
<br /> Ordinance ), provides that the Authority shall not finance any
<br />
