Such appro- <br /> priation shall be effective July 1, 1983. <br /> <br /> Bach such special agency fund appropriation shall be effective <br /> July 1, .1983. The balance of any General Fund contri, bution to such <br /> funds not expended or encumbered as of June 30, 1984 shall be deemed <br /> to revert to the unappropriated balance of the General Fund, unless <br /> the Council by resolution provides that any such sum shall be deemed <br /> a continuing appropriation. <br /> <br /> Mr. Buck explained the rezoning, deed restrictions and access <br /> restraints to the property located at 609 Brown Street. <br /> <br /> Mr. Conover withdrew his motion to rezone the property from R-3 <br /> <br /> to M-1. <br /> <br /> The ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING THE <br /> DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br /> THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE BY THE REZONING OF 609 BROWN <br /> STREET" which was offered at the meeting of March 21st was adopted by <br /> the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Buck, Mr. Conover, Mrs. Gleason, Dr. <br /> Gunter, Dr. Hall.
