Absent: None. <br /> <br /> An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING THE <br /> DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, BY THE REZONING <br /> OF PROPERTY LOCATED OFF ROUTE 29 NORTH (SEMINOLE TRAIL)~ IN THE <br /> CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE," which was offered at the meeting of the <br /> Council on January 18, 1977, was adopted by the following recorded <br /> vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Brunton~ and Mr. Gatewood. Noes: <br /> Mr. Fife and Mrs. O'Brien. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gatewood suggested that the Council request that the site <br /> <br />plan process be expedited as much as possible. A motion by Mr. <br />Barbour, seconded by Mr. Gatewood that the Planning Commission <br />be requested to make a decision on the site plan in 60 days or <br />less was defeated by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour and <br />Mr. Gatewood. Noes: Mr. Brunton, Mr. Fife and Mrs. O'Brien. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Brunton, seconded by Mr. Fife the resolution <br /> <br />adopted the 1977-78 fiscal 'year budget was amended to include <br /> <br />an increase in the City Manager's salary of 2~%. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Gatewood, seconded by Mr. Brunton the <br /> <br />resolution was amended to reduce the Madison House appropriation <br />from $8,000 to $4,500 b'y the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Brunton, <br /> <br />Mr. Gatewood and Mrs. O'Brien. Noes: Mr. Barbour and Mr. Fife <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Barbour, seconded by Mr. Fife the following <br /> <br />resolution was unanimously adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
