<br />CITY MANAGER, PRESENTED SEVERAL ALTERNATIVES DESIGNED TO BALANCE THE BUDGETS WITHOUT
<br />INCREASING THE PROPERTY TAX RATE. THE COUNCIL ACCEPTED THE RECOMMENDATION TO CUT
