SAUNDERS~ ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL <br /> IN FAVOR OF THE REZONINGo HE POINTED OUT THAT THE SUBDIVISION PRIOR TO ANNEXATION <br /> <br />HAD BEEN DEVELOPED WITH MIXED USES~ AND THAT WHEN COUNCIL REMOVED DUPLEXES FROM THE <br /> <br />R-] AREA THAT THE ZONING FOR THE SUBDIVISIONj AND EXPEClALLY FOR THESE LOTSj BECAME <br /> <br /> ILLOGICAL AND UNREASONABLE.
