AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE STRAYING OF FOWLS: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COUNCIL OF CYARLOTTESVILLE, That any owner of fowls of any <br /> <br />description who does not so confine them as to prevent their straying to the <br /> <br />premises of others shall be upon proof that any fowls of his have so strayed be <br /> <br />liable to a fine not exceeding $1.00 for each offence. <br /> <br />Presented and approved March 9 ,1916.
