AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING T7E STRAYING OF FOWLS: <br />BE IT ORDAIN7D, BY THE COUNCIL OF CYARLOTTESVILL39 That any owner of fowls of 47 <br />description who does not so confine them as to prevent their straying to the <br />premises of others shall be upon proof that any fowls of his have so strayed be <br />liable to a fine not exceeding J1.00 for each offence. <br />Presented and app roved March 9 ,1916.
