BE it ordained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville; that; Second 1. All pawn broker:c, bmkdealers, deakers in second hand clothing and dealers in second hand automobiles shall furnish daily to the chief of police upon blanks to be prescribed by the said chief, full and complete lists of all articles taken in pawn or bought by said dealers within the twenty-four hours next preceding the date 4. such report said lists to contain a full description of all such articles together with all marks, numbers, brands, let'.ers or monograms on such articles, and the names and addresses of the parties from whom suen artidles were received. 3. Any such broker, junk dealer, dealer in second hand clothing or dealer in second 'nand automobiles who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than rive dollars nor more than twenty five dollars, for each offence. A c )nviction of any such pawn broker, junk; dealer, defiler in second hand clothing or dealer in second hand automobiles of a violation of this ordinance may, in the discretion of the Civil and Police Justice, work an i-„-edi,9t.e revocation of the license of such offender. Ali ORDINANCE AIMENDING AND 'RE-ENACTING SECT1011 103 OF THE CITY CODE OF 1909 ENTITLED 'treasurer's "TREASURER' S COMPENSATION. ” Compensation Ordinance. BE IT I,ESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTT , .'VILI.E: That section 10 of the City "ode of 1909 entitled "'Treasurer's Compensation" be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: The City Treasurer for his services in collecting and disbursing the City revenues and keeping the accounts and making the reports required bf him shall receive two percent (2jo) on all money collected by him from City tars and licenses and from the users of water gas and gas biproducts. He shall received commission on no other collection or any disbursements made for the City.
