AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER <br /> <br />33 OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE OF 1945, ENTITLED <br /> <br />"DISTRICTS". <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville <br /> <br />that Section 2 of Chapter 33 of the Charlottesville City Code of 1945, <br /> <br />said Section being the Section of the General Zoning Ordinance establishing <br /> <br />and defining classes of districts, be and the same is hereby amended in the <br /> <br />following respect: <br /> <br />That the following territory located in a district now <br /> <br />designated as a B-1 Business District be changed and designated <br /> <br />as an A-1 Residential District: <br /> <br />All that area on the west side of Rose Hill Drive being <br /> <br />150 feet in depth and lying between Charlton Avenue on the <br /> <br />south and Henry Avenue on the north; and also all that area <br /> <br />on the east side of Rose Hill Drive being 300 feet in depth <br /> <br />and bounded on the west by Rose Hill Drive and on the east <br /> <br />by Forrest Street and on the south by Charlton Avenue and <br /> <br />continuing in a northerly direction the same width to Craven's <br /> <br />Branch. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council <br /> <br />January 21, 1952 <br /> <br />Ayes: Mr. Barr, Mr. Hill <br /> <br />and Mr. Tebell. <br /> <br />Noes: Mr. Haden <br /> <br />Mr. Hamm absent <br /> <br /> <br />CLERK PRESIDENT <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER <br /> <br />14 OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE OF 1945, AS AMENDED, <br /> <br />ENTITLED 'GENERAL RATES' <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville <br /> <br />that Section 2 of Chapter 14 of the Charlottesville City Code of 1945 <br /> <br />entitled 'General Rates' be and the same is hereby reenacted to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 2.
