ALTHOUGH CLASSROOM SPACE IS AVAILABLE IN CITY SCHOOLS <br />TO ACCOMMODATE THESE CHILDREN IT HAS BEEN PLANNED BECAUSE OF THE DISTANCE OF <br />PUPILS iN THIS AREA FROM PRESENT CITY SCHOOLS TO BUILD THE FIRST UNIT <br />APPROXIMATELY 12 CLASSROOMS OF A NEW SCHOOL IN THIS AREA. <br />4. THE NEW BUILDING WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED AFTER THE ANNEXATION DECREE <br />IS HANDED DOWN AND BE READY FOR THE NEW SCHOOL SESSION WHICH COMMENCES AFTER <br />THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ANNEXATION. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS BUILDING COULD NOT <br />COMMENCE UNTIL AFTER THE ANNEXATION DECREE HAS BEEN HANDED DOWN AND IT HAS <br />BEEN DETERMINED BY THE CITY WHETHER OR NOT THE TERM5 AND CONDITIONS OF THE <br />DECREE ARE ACCEPTABLE. <br />STATEMENT RE: <br />SCHOOL CHILDREN 5. IT IS CUSTOMARY IN ALl ANNEXATION DECREES TO PROVIDE FOR THE <br />IN ANNEXED AREA <br />CHILDREN IN 7HE ANNEXED AREA TO COMPLETE THE SCHOOL SESSION IN THE COUNTY SCHOOLS <br />WHICH THEY ARE ATTENDING. THE CITY IS REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE THE COUNTY FOR THIS. <br />THE CITY WILL REQUEST THE COURT TO SO PROVIDE IN THIS CA5E AND WE SEE NO <br />REASON WHY THE COURT WOULD NOT GRANT THIS REQUEST. <br />6.
