436 <br /> <br /> Mrs. Gleason recognized the Westhaven Rockets 4-H Club for <br />the award they recently received. <br /> <br /> Mr. Buck stated that the City School Board has recommended <br />continuing the Italian Exchange Program for the summer of 1985 <br />and requested that Council give-their recommendation. Mr. Buck <br />added~that the program might necessitate the appropriation of up <br />to $10,000 by the City. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Gleason stated that she felt it ~as a successful program <br />and was in favor of supporting it. <br /> <br /> Mr. Barnes stated he would prefer to see what the County's <br />recommendation was before making a commitment. <br /> <br /> Dr. Hall added his support for the program. <br /> <br /> The resolution approving the Italian 'Exchange Program for the <br />summer of 1985 was moved by Dr. Hall, seconded by Mrs. Gleason and <br /> <br />approved by the following vote.
