Consideration re. Ordinance - Annual Tax Levy Consideration re: Ordinance - Service Charge on Certain Property Executive Session Resolution re: Budget Appropriations for F/Y 1979-80 Mrs. O'Brien stated she WOuld like to see the money appropriaCed but would like to see th~ Program in black and white. Mrs. O'Brien stated she would like to see $50,000 allocated for new sidewalk construction and direct the Planning Commission to review the sidewalk plan and try to get started on the implementation of that plan. A motion by Mrs. O'Brien, seconded by Mr. Albro than $50,000 be placed in the Capital Improvements Budget for new sidewalk construction, was unanimously adopted. An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE ANNUAL TAX LEVY ON VARIOUS CLAISES OF PROPERTY FOR THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND RETIREMENT OF THE CITY DEBT, FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT AND CITY SCHOOLS, AND FOR OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES," was offered by Mrs. O'Brien, seconded by Mr. Albro and carried over to the next meeting for consideration.
