Resolution re: <br />Richard L. DeCair <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />125 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State Water Control Board of the Commonwealth <br />of Virginia in its effort to comply with the provisions of Public <br />Law 95-217 (the Clean Water Act) has identified the need for <br />municipal wastewater treatment projects in Virginia and has developed <br />a priority for the funding of said projects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State Water Control Board has been able to <br />obligate its share of federal funds by May 31st of the succeeding <br />fiscal year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville believes that the <br /> uld recognize the timely actions of Virginia <br /> <br />federal government sho <br />as being one of the fe <br />funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the <br /> <br />w states which promptly obligate available <br /> <br />City of Charlottesville believes the federal <br /> <br />government should respond to the needs identified by the State <br />Water Control Board, now, therefore, <br /> / <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes- <br />ville, 'Virginia, that the City of Charlottesville requests the <br />passage of House.
