Resolution re: Richard L. DeCair Executive Session 125 WHEREAS, the State Water Control Board of the Commonwealth of Virginia in its effort to comply with the provisions of Public Law 95-217 (the Clean Water Act) has identified the need for municipal wastewater treatment projects in Virginia and has developed a priority for the funding of said projects; and WHEREAS, the State Water Control Board has been able to obligate its share of federal funds by May 31st of the succeeding fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville believes that the uld recognize the timely actions of Virginia federal government sho as being one of the fe funds; and WHEREAS, the w states which promptly obligate available City of Charlottesville believes the federal government should respond to the needs identified by the State Water Control Board, now, therefore, / BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes- ville, 'Virginia, that the City of Charlottesville requests the passage of House.
