Buck (signed) Clerk President Regular session Executive session Approval of minutes Appointments re: Charlottesville Development Group Appointment re: Region Ten Co~m~unity Services Board Appointment re: Jefferson Area Board for Aging COUNCIL CHAMBERS - MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27 1981 Council met in regular session on this date with the following members present: Mr. Albro, Mr. Buck, Ms. Gleason, Dr. Hall. Absent: Mr. Conover. On motion by Ms. Gleason, seconded by Dr. Hall, Council unanimously agreed to meet in executive session to disc.uss matters exempted by Section 2.1-344(a)(1)(Personnel) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act. Following the executive session, Council convened for the regular meeting. On motion by Dr. Hall, seconded by Ms. Gleason, Council unanimously approved the minutes of January 19 as presented, Mr. Albro being absent from the vote. On motion by Ms. Gleason, seconded by Dr. Hall, Council unanimously approved the minutes of January 26 as presented, Mr. Albro being absent from the vote. On nomination by Ms. Gleason, Mr. D. Cary Jackson, Ms. Margaret Van Yahres and Mr. Frank Folsom Smith were unanimously appointed to the Charlottesville Development Group. On nomination by Dr. Hall, Ms. Virginia McKee was unanimously appointed to the Region Ten Community Services Board. On nomination by Ms. Gleason, Ms. Margaret Jefferson's term on the Jefferson Area Board for Aging was unanimously extended to September 30, 1981.
