Executive Session On motion by Mr. Fife, seconded by Mrs. Rinehart the Council voted to go into executive session to discuss property, by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. None. Absent: Mr. Gilliam. On motion the meeting adjourned. Barbour (signed) President Appointment re: School Board[ Appointment re: Architectural Review Board Appointment re: Planning Commission Appointment re: Thomas Jefferson Planning District Comm. - Drug Abuse Council The Council met in special session on this date with the following members present: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Absent: None. On motion by Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Alicia B. Lugo, was appointed to the School Board to fill the unexpired term of Rev. Henry Mitchell, which expires on June 30, 1977, by Unanimous Wote. On motion by Mr. Fife, Mrs. Charlotte Ramsey, was appointed to the Architectural Review Board for a four year term expiring January 1, 1980, by unanimous vote. On motion by Mr. Van Yahres, Mr. F. Warren Martin, was appointed to the Planning Commission to fill an unexpired term, expiring August 31~ 1976, by unanimous vote. On motion by Mrs. Rinehart, Dr. Richard Garnett, was reappointed to the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Drug Abuse Council, by unanimous vote.
