<br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has been notified
<br />that the U.' S. Department of Housing and Urban
<br />Development has approved with certain modifications
<br />Charlottesville's second year Community Development
<br />Plan, and that federal funds are allocated for the
<br />programs and projects contained therein;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council
<br />of the City of Charlottesville, that the following
<br />sums be, and the same are hereby appropriated, effective
<br />July 1, 1976, from the funds to be received by the
<br />City pursuant to the Community Development Act of 1974,
<br />for the categories hereinafter set forth:
