Ordinance re: Amending <br />Section 31-154(d) of the <br />Zoning Ordinance regarding <br />Off-Street Parking <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that limited additional <br /> capaeity-'~ay become available at the Moore's Creek Sewage <br /> Treatment Plant at some time in the future, and than <br /> it would be advisable for this Council to express its <br /> present intentions with respect to the allocation of <br /> this community resources; now, therefore~ be it <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> Charlottesville that it is the sense of the Council that <br /> future available sewer capacity in the Moore,s Creek <br /> drainage basin, to the extent legally permissable, <br /> be allocated in a manner which gives priority to projects <br /> for low and moderate income housing under the sponsorship <br /> of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority <br /> and other public agencies and to projects proposed for <br /> development on City owned property. <br /> <br /> An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND <br />REORDAIN SECTION 31-154 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976 IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF <br />OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES REQUIRED BY THE CITY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE IN CONNECTION WITH RETAIL BUSINESS USES," <br />which was offered at the meeting of the Council on July <br />19, 1976, was adopted by the following recorded vote. <br />Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Brunton, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gatewood <br />and Mrs. O'Brien.
