Open session resumed <br /> <br />Setting amount <br />on Midway Site <br />at $275,000 for <br />construction <br />of Highrise <br /> <br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />Ordinance: Gas <br />Service Moratorium <br />Lifted <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Fife, seconded by Mr. Brunton the executive <br />session was dispensed with and open session resumed. <br /> <br /> A motion by Mr. Fife, seconded by Mr. Barbour that the Midway <br />Site be offered to the developer for construction of the High <br />Rise for the Elderly for $275,000, was adopted by the following <br />recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Brunton, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gatewood <br />and Mrs. O'Brien.
