Resolution re: Raffle Permit - Thomas Jefferson Memorial~Unitarian Church On motion by Mr? Barbour, seconded by Mr. Brunton the following resolution was unanimously adopted. WHEREAS, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Unitarian Church has duly applied for a permit to conduct raffles in compliance with §17-19 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville 1976, as amended; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Unitarian Church meets the qualifications as outlined in §17-19; Resolution re: Bingo Permit - Jaycees NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that a permit be granted to the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Unitarian Church to conduct raffles in accordance ~th all the provi ions of §17-19 of the Code of the City Charlottesville for a period of one year from the date of the resolution; and BE IT FUi[THER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council be directed to sen, a copy of this resolution to the Board of Trustees for th, Thomas Jefferson Memorial Unitarian Church. On motion by fr. Barbour, seconded by Mr. Brunton the following resolution was unanimously adopted.
