334 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes- <br /> ville that there is hereby appropriated from the unencumbered <br /> balance of the Capital Fund to expenditure account 01-92010 the <br /> sum of $30,000 to be paid as the City's share of the cost of the <br /> Charlottesville-Albemarle Joint Transportation Study. <br /> <br />Consideration re: On motion by Mr. Brunton, seconded by Mr. Fife the following <br />Appropriation - <br />$1,300 - Community resolution was offered and carried over to the next meeting for <br />Development <br /> consideration. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes- <br /> ville that the sum of $1,300 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> unencumbered balance of the General Fund to expenditure account <br /> 01-19010 for the remainder of the expense incurred in printing <br /> the Comprehensive Plan news Supplement; provided, however, <br /> that such appropriation shall be subject to the receipt by the <br /> General Fund of a like amount in revenue from private donations. <br /> <br />Resolution re: On motion by'Mr. Barbour, seconded by Mr. Fife the following <br />Viewers Garrett <br />Street Project resolution was unanimously adopted. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION appointing viewers to consider a request <br /> for the vacation of certain streets and alleys in the Garrett <br /> Street Project Area. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has received a petition requesting <br /> vacation of certain streets and alleys in the Garrett Street <br /> Project Area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to Council that the notices required <br /> by Section 15.1-364 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, <br /> have been duly posted; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the~.Council of the <br /> City of Charlottesville that Messrs. Mason S. Byr~, W. J. <br /> Copeland and H. P.
