Zehler, Jr. is a candidate for <br />selection as a circuit court judge to fill a vacancy which <br />will shortly be occurring in the 16th Judicial Circuit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judge Zehler has served with distinction <br />since 1969 as the judge of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations <br />Courts of the 16th Judicial District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judge Zehler has in that capacity received <br /> statewide and, indeed, national recognition as a learned <br /> authority on juvenile courts and a judge of exceptional <br /> ability and dedication; and <br /> <br /> <br />
