A COMMUNICATION WAS <br />PRESENTED FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF THE REQUEST. MR. HENRY <br />GORDON, ATTORNEY FOR THE PETITIONER AND MR. EVES M. COTY ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL IN <br />SUPPORT OF THE PETITION. MR. FRED LANDESS~ REPRESENTING THE SURROUNDING PROPERTY <br />OWNERS, AND MR. JOHN HALLE AND MR. AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AHENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT <br />HAP INCORPORATED IN SECTION 4 OF ARTICLE I!1 OF APPENDIX II OF THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF CHARLOTTESVILLE~ 1965, BY THE REZONING OF ALL OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS <br />418 - 4TH STREET~ N. E." WAS OFFERED BY MR. WRIGHT, SECONDED BY MR. BARBOUR~ AND <br />ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING RECORDED VOTE: AYES: HR. BARBOUR~ HR. DAVIS, MR~ FIFE, <br />HR. VAN YAHRES AND HR. WRIGHT. THE CITY HANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED GRANTING THIS SERVICE UNDER THE USUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COUNTY <br />CUSTOMERS. ON MOTION BY MR. WRIGHT~ SECONDED BY HR.
