Noes: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Chris Gensic, Bolling Avenue, said that Council should prioritize a smaller <br />number of highway projects for VDOT and th at the listing should be for projects the City <br />wants funded this year. Mr. Gensic said it is great that Council has adopted the Bike and <br />Pedestrian Plan. He said more bike lanes are needed in the City. He expressed concern <br />with snow plows putting snow b ack on cleared sidewalks. He said people should be <br />encouraged to walk after snow storms rather than drive.
