He said sprawl happens because we prioritize <br />cars over people. He suggested that the City add HOV lanes, not build the Meadowcreek <br />Parkway, expand the free trolley and add Sunday bus service. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Caravati, the following consent <br />agenda items were approved by the following vote.
