Mr. Frederick said we are at a decision point now and need to know which of the <br />nine alternatives to evaluate. He said there is limited work to do until then. He said if we <br />delay we will not meet the deadline. <br /> <br /> Mr. Boyd said he would like the consultants to put the realistic options in a <br />written report. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown said he would like to provide an opportunity for public input as we <br />narrow the choices. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said we need to do work ourselves about other alternatives and go to <br />DEQ. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rooker said he thinks we should go to DEQ as a group rather than <br />individually which may hurt our cause. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said he would like to see what the things are that would have to be <br />overcome if we want to go with certain alternatives. He said he would like to know what <br />regulatory steps we have to go through and which are the areas where we would likely be <br />struck down. <br /> <br />Mr. Gaffney said he will schedule a follow up meeting. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />President Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
